Help & Support
The Help & Support tab in Settings is your way into the full documentation without leaving the app. Everyone can see this tab — there are no permissions to set.
Opening the documentation
Go to Settings → Help & Support and click the Documentation card. This opens the documentation viewer, where you can read every guide — Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Human Resources, Settings and more — laid out exactly like the page you are reading now.
The documentation works the same whether you are on the web app or the desktop app, and it is available even when you are offline on desktop.
Finding things quickly
At the top of the documentation viewer there is a search box. Start typing and matching topics appear instantly, grouped by section. Each result shows the guide it belongs to and the exact heading it matches — click one to jump straight to that part of the page.
You can also browse using the list of chapters on the left. Click a chapter to expand it, then pick a page.
Tips
- Use search when you know roughly what you are looking for (for example delivery receipt or purchase order); use the chapter list when you want to read a whole area from the start.
- Links inside a guide jump you to the related page — for example a guide on Suppliers will link across to Purchase Orders where it helps.
- The same documentation is also available on the website, so you can share a link with a colleague.
