Supplier dashboard

The supplier dashboard provides an overview of your enquiry activity within the buyer's system. It shows key metrics and trends at a glance, helping you track your engagement and identify pending work.

Accessing the dashboard

After logging into the supplier portal via your invitation link, you land on the dashboard at /supplier/dashboard.

Date range picker

At the top right of the dashboard, two date pickers let you filter the displayed data:

  • From: Start date for the period
  • To: End date for the period

The default range is the current Indian Financial Year (April 1 to March 31). Changing the dates immediately refreshes all metrics and the chart below.

KPI cards

Three cards summarise your enquiry activity for the selected period:

Total Enquiries

The number of enquiries (vendor invitations) you received within the selected date range. Each enquiry is an invitation to quote on specific line items from a sourcing event.

Pending Enquiries

Enquiries where you have not yet submitted a quotation. These need your attention.

Active Enquiries

Enquiries where you can still submit or revise a quotation — the sourcing event is open and the deadline has not passed. If you've already quoted, you may submit a revision until the event closes.

Enquiry trend chart

Below the cards, a line chart shows the last 12 months of data regardless of the date range selected above. Three lines represent:

  • Total Enquiries (purple) — total invitations received each month
  • Pending (amber) — invitations without a quotation submitted
  • Active (green) — invitations still open for response

Hover over a point to see exact counts for that month.

A card at the bottom links you to Your Enquiries, where you can view all enquiries and respond to pending ones.

Common questions

Why does the chart always show 12 months?

The chart is designed to give you a historical view of your engagement over time, independent of the date filter. The KPI cards respect the date range, but the chart always shows the last 12 calendar months for context.

How is "Active" different from "Pending"?

  • Pending = no quotation submitted yet
  • Active = the event is still open and you can submit or revise

An enquiry can be both pending and active (you haven't quoted, but you still can). Once the deadline passes or the event closes, it becomes inactive.

The dashboard shows zero — is something wrong?

If you haven't received any enquiries in the selected period, all metrics will show zero. Try expanding the date range or check the Your Enquiries page for a full list.
