Welcome
This guide walks you through the everyday work you will do inside the app: handling customer enquiries, sending vendors requests for quotes, tracking stock in your warehouses, marking attendance, and keeping your master records tidy. It is written for the people doing the work, not the people who set up the system.
What you can do here
The app is organised into seven areas, each opened from the left sidebar.
- Dashboard shows a snapshot of sales, customers, inventory, HR, expenses, and storage for a date range you choose.
- Sales is where customer enquiries are captured, quotations are sent, follow-ups are tracked, and orders are recorded.
- Procurement is where you build a cart of items you need to buy, send out requests for quotation to vendors, and turn vendor responses into purchase orders.
- Inventory is where you record what arrives at the warehouse, what goes out, and where everything is stored.
- Human Resources covers attendance, leaves, and employee expenses.
- Data Entry holds your master records: products, customers, suppliers, and warehouses.
- Settings is where you and your administrator manage the firm, users, and document templates.
How to read this guide
Start with Signing in, then read Your dashboard and Finding your way around. After that, jump straight to the chapter for the work you are going to do.
If you are new to the firm, set up your master records first. A customer must exist before you can raise an enquiry for them, and a supplier must exist before you can send a request for quote. The Master records chapter covers that setup.
Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
Not necessarily. The app runs in your browser, and your firm may also provide a desktop version. Both connect to the same data, so you can use either.
Why can I see some menus and not others?
What you can see depends on the permissions your administrator has given you. If a feature in this guide is not visible in your sidebar, you have not been given permission for it. Ask your administrator.
Where do I report a problem?
Speak to whoever set up the app for your firm. Most issues are caused by missing permissions or a missing master record, both of which an administrator can fix in Settings.
